Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role in Noida for a Customer Excellence Associate. The individual will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring an outstanding customer experience, and addressing client queries and concerns promptly. The role also includes supporting sales processes, conducting training sessions, and continuously collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement. The associate will act as a liaison between the company and its users, driving customer-focused initiatives and solutions. Qualifications • Minimum 2 years of experience in SaaS related Environment • Natural Passion to engage with Customer to solve their problems • Interact with Internal Development Team for Faster Resolution • SDLC Knowledge is highly desirable • Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Experience, and Customer Service to effectively resolve client issues and foster customer relationships. • Experience in Sales to support product recommendations, client queries, and upselling opportunities where applicable. • Skills in Training to conduct client workshops, demonstrations, or onboarding sessions effectively. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to handle and resolve issues in real-time with a customer-first mindset. • Experience with EHS/ESG software, digital platforms, or enterprise systems is a plus. • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
