Non-Teaching & Administrative Roles - Academic Coordinator / Wing Coordinator - Admission Counselor - Front Office Executive / Receptionist - HR & Admin Executive - Accountant / Office Assistant - Lab Assistant (Science, Computer) - Transport & Hostel Supervisor Key Responsibilities - For teaching staff: Plan and execute interactive, student-focused lessons following CBSE guidelines. Assess student performance, maintain academic records, and foster a positive classroom workplace. - For co-scholastic and activity staff: Conduct engaging sessions to develop students’ creativity, discipline, and teamwork. - For admin/non-teaching staff: Support school operations, ensure smooth communication, coordinate events, and provide administrative assistance. - Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the school’s academic and cultural events. Qualifications & Requirements - Teaching Staff: Graduate/Postgraduate in relevant subject with B.Ed/M.Ed (mandatory). - Pre-Primary: NTT/Montessori training preferred. - Non-Teaching: Graduate in relevant field with prior experience in school operations preferred. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficient in using computers and school ERP tools.
