Telecaller - Call Centre Outbound

Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic Telecaller to join the outbound call centre team at IIFL Home Finance. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining home loan products, generating leads, and scheduling follow-ups for the sales team. The role requires good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to handle customer queries professionally. Key Responsibilities: • Make outbound calls to prospective customers • Explain home loan products and benefits • Generate and qualify leads for the sales team • Maintain call records in the system • Achieve daily/weekly calling targets Requirements: • Good communication skills in Hindi / Telugu (English basic) • Basic computer knowledge • Telecalling / BPO experience preferred • Minimum Graduate Required • Freshers can also apply
