Position : Associate Dean—Academics: School of Computer Science Location : Greater Noida IILM University, Greater Noida, School of Computer Science, invites applications for senior-level position: Key Responsibilities: - Provide visionary leadership in academic planning, curriculum development, and program enhancement. - Ensure alignment of academic programs with industry standards, accreditation requirements and, university goals. - Lead the development and implementation of innovative teaching mythologies and technology- driven learning. - Academic process, records, innovative teaching-learning processes, AI in education, Analyzing gaps in competencies, and arranging learning resources for faculties. Ensure smooth conduction of academics. Leads hiring, evaluation, and professional development initiatives, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in all academic and administrative activities. Qualifications and Skills Required: - A Ph.D. in relevant discipline from a recognized institution. - Minimum 12 years of experience in academics and research. Proven experience in leadership roles such as Head of the Department/Associate Dean will be preferable.
