Application – Undergraduate Program Head (Venture Creation & Innovation) Position: Program Head Program: BBA – Venture Creation & Innovation School: School of Business / Entrepreneurship Reporting To: Director Location: IILM University, Gurugram Employment Type: Full-Time IILM University invites applications for the position of Program Head to lead its flagship undergraduate program, BBA – Venture Creation & Innovation. The program is designed to train the next generation of innovators and build family business leaders where students create a company or transform their business and get a degree also. The program is designed to integrate business fundamentals, innovation frameworks, AI literacy, venture studio models, accelerator pathways, and global immersion experiences to prepare students for startup creation, family business transformation, corporate innovation roles, and venture capital careers. The Program Head will provide academic leadership, build strong industry and venture ecosystem linkages and closely work with Indian and global partners, work with network of faculty and students, and position the program as a distinctive, outcome-driven degree. Eligibility • Ph.D. / Masters in Entrepreneurship / Management / Digital Business / Engineering. • 15 years of teaching, research, or startup ecosystem experience. • Experience in academic coordination, incubation, or launch of new business verticals or new programs. • Understanding of global academic standards for practice degree and venture creation ecosystem. Faculty Leadership & Academic Development • Support recruitment and mentoring of faculty with entrepreneurship and industry expertise. • Promote applied research, case development, consultancy, and innovation projects. • Encourage experiential pedagogy including simulations, venture labs, and field immersion. B. Student Academic Experience & Outcomes • Monitor venture development progress and capstone execution. • Strengthen pathways for startup creation, corporate innovation roles, family business transformation, and higher studies. • Address student academic engagement and grievance mechanisms. • Develop entrepreneurship clubs, bootcamps, and certification initiatives. C. Branding, Development and Quality Assurance • Contribute to institutional branding and visibility, admissions outreach, rankings, and strategic industry engagement and planning. • Support budgeting and resource allocation aligned with program growth. • Streamline compliance and internal quality audit requirements. • Global partnership and engagement with strategic partners.
