Job Title:Survey Enumerator (Hindi-Speaking) — Freelance / Contract Project:Hindi Telephone Survey Engagement Type: One-Time Project / Freelance Fee:SGD $200 (fixed) Location: Remote Project Overview We are looking for a fluent Hindi-speaking enumerator to conduct a telephone survey on our behalf. The enumerator will use Twilio's live agent platform to call respondents and administer a structured questionnaire in Hindi, targeting 100 completed surveys. Scope of Work ● Make outbound calls to a provided list of 100–700 phone numbers (volume depends on rejection/non-response rate) ● Administer a Hindi-language questionnaire of 10–15 questions per respondent ● Record responses accurately within the Twilio live agent interface ● Continue calling until exactly 100 completed surveys are collected ● Submit all completed survey data upon project completion Requirements ● Fluent in Hindi (spoken) — mother tongue or native-level proficiency preferred ● Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls ● Reliable internet connection and a quiet calling environment ● Basic computer literacy; ability to navigate the Twilio live agent platform (training/walkthrough will be provided) ● Detail-oriented with accurate data entry skills ● Available to complete the project within the agreed timeline Nice to Have ● Prior experience in telephone surveys, market research, or data collection ● Familiarity with Twilio or similar call centre / CRM platforms Compensation A fixed fee of SGD $200 will be paid upon successful delivery of 100 completed surveys. Payment will be made via bank transfer, after project completion at the end of the month. Credit term of 30 days is applicable for any invoice payments.
