Job Title: Preschool Teacher Location: IKidz Preschool Sunny Enclave, Sector 123, Mohali Employment Type: Full-time -Job Summary We are looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our early learning center. The ideal candidate will be passionate about early childhood education and committed to creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment that supports the holistic development of young children. -Key Responsibilities 1. Plan and conduct age-appropriate, play-based learning activities 2. Implement the preschool curriculum in line with learning objectives 3. Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in children 4. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment 5. Observe, assess, and document children’s progress regularly 6. Communicate effectively with parents regarding child development and daily activities 7. Encourage positive behavior, good manners, and independence 8. Participate in school events, training sessions, and staff meetings 9. Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and child protection guidelines -Required Qualifications & Skills 1. Diploma / Degree in Early Childhood Education or relevant field 2. Prior experience as a preschool or kindergarten teacher preferred 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills 4. Patience, creativity, and a nurturing attitude 5. Ability to handle young children with care and sensitivity 6. Basic knowledge of child psychology and classroom management.
