1. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1.1. Business Accounts Management
1.1.1. Prepare and Process Customer Purchase Orders, Sales Invoices, E-waybills, Logistics and Payment entries.
1.1.2. Prepare and Process Procurement Purchase Orders, Bank Remittances Documentations with accuracy and compliances of company terms and policies.
1.1.3. Monthly Statutory return submission and reconciliation.
1.1.4. Materials Stock Management and reconciliation.
1.1.5. Bank & Cash Transaction Reconciliation, Exception & Suspense Management
1.1.6. Maintain accurate Records of Sales, Purchase, Expenses, Salary. Reimbursements, and Petty cash.
1.1.7. Handle vendor payments, Sales payments follow-ups, and reconciliations.
1.1.8. Preparing Monthly & Yarly financial reports and compliance documentation with company CA.
1.1.9. Prepare for Statutory Audits and compliances with company CA
1.1.10. Prepare for IT Returns and submissions for Company Directors with CA
1.2. Administration
1.2.1. Manage Office Administration, Stationery, Maintenance and Supplies.
1.2.2. Organize & Maintain records, and ensure compliance with company policies.
1.2.3. Support HR functions such as Attendance Tracking, Salary and employee reimbursements.
1.2.4. Coordinate travel arrangements, logistics, and office events.
1.3. General Office Support
1.3.1. Maintain filing systems (digital and physical).
1.3.2. Manage correspondence with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
1.3.3. Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and act as a point of contact for staff needs.
Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
