Location: Durgapur / Madurai / Jaipur Headquartered in Kolkata Experience Required:15+ years in Finance & Accounts; 5+ years in leadership/CXO role Compensation: 40-60 LPA About the Company - Global leader in (Building Information Modelling) BIM solutions and engineering technology services - Multi-location operations with strong international presence Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with organizational goals - Oversee international and multi-branch financial operations - Ensure compliance with IFRS, GAAP, and regional statutory requirements - Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes - Drive cost optimization and resource allocation - Ensure accurate financial reporting and audit readiness - Maintain compliance: tax, FEMA, transfer pricing, statutory compliances - Manage cash flow, working capital, and funding requirements - Mitigate risks through robust internal controls - Collaborate with auditors, banks, regulators, and financial institutions - Support fundraising, M&A, and investor relations Skills & Qualifications - Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification - mandatory- - Proven experience in multi-branch accounting and global financial operations - Deep knowledge of cross-border taxation and regulatory frameworks - Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, financial modeling, and compliance - Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
