The selected individual will work on research and development to create innovative formulations and products in the health and wellness domain. Key Responsibilities • Conduct R&D for new formulations and product concepts • Collaborate with cross-functional teams during product development • Manage stages of product development and testing • Ensure products meet quality and compliance standards • Identify market needs and align product specifications Qualifications • Strong skills in Research & Development (R&D) and Product Development • Experience in Product Management and market-driven product creation • Knowledge of Food Technology and formulation development • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in teams • Background in Food Science, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or related field preferred • Prior experience in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory If you are passionate about innovation in health and wellness products, we would love to hear from you.
