Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sushi Chef located in Jhapa District. The Sushi Chef will oversee daily food preparation tasks, including the selection and handling of seafood, cutting fish, and preparing sushi and sashimi to the highest quality standards. The role involves maintaining hygiene standards, creating innovative sushi dishes, and ensuring effective collaboration with the kitchen team to ensure timely meal preparation and presentation.
Qualifications
• Experience in Food Preparation and Culinary Skills, specifically in sushi and Japanese cuisine
• In-depth knowledge of Cooking techniques and the handling of Seafood
• Strong understanding and adherence to Hygiene practices and food safety standards
• Ability to create visually appealing and flavorful dishes with attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Experience in high-pressure kitchen environments is a plus
• Formal culinary training or relevant certifications are an advantage
