Associate Director, Data & Analytics Enablement

Associate Director, Data & Analytics Enablement will be responsible for execution of data and analytics initiatives across the organization. The person will work closely various departments to ensure that data-driven decision-making is at the core of our business operations. The associate director will closely collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data management strategies, policies, and procedures.Key Responsibilities Implement overall data and analytics roadmap in alignment with business goals and objectives.Mentor team of data and analytics professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimization of data and analytics tools and platforms in collaboration with DDITComply with the data governance policies to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of data and analytics initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.Collaborate with DDIT, data science, and business teams to ensure seamless integration and utilization of data and analytics solutions. Essential Requirements: Novartis seeks an individual with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with a deep understanding of data management, data & analytics tools and platforms and product operations. The candidate should foster a collaborative and innovative work environment. Bachelor’s degree in data science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving organizational change.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Desired Requirement: 10-12+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with a strong focus on provider data management in a healthcare setting.5+ years of people management experience. Proven track record of enabling data-driven decision-making at a senior leadership level, including addressing complex business challenges and shaping organizational roadmap particularly in therapeutic areas. Strong analytical background, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and aligning them with business priorities to drive impactful results
