Consultant (Incentive Compensation Analytics) About us: Incentivate is a SAAS organization that provides sales commissions and incentives management platforms for SMEs and large enterprises across the globe. We are a Pune, India-based organization and are part of Aurochs Solutions, co-founded by a couple of IIT Bombay Alumni in 2014. Our newer product Incentivate was launched in late 2021 and is being used by some leading insurance, real estate, consumer goods, and IT solution organizations in different countries. We are a strong team of 25+ analysts and 20 developers. We are expanding our team to meet our growth plans. More about us can be learned at www.incentivate.in, www.aurochssolutions.com, www.incentius.com Experience: 4-7 years Department: Analytics Work Mode: In-office (5 days a week) Location: Viman Nagar, Pune Job Role and Responsibilities: • Delivery: • In-depth understanding of Incentive compensation data, rules and processes • Responsible for understanding the client’s Incentive plan and working with Project Leads to deliver end-to-end IC implementation from Requirement gathering to dashboarding and rollout. • Should be able to scope, negotiate, and design complex business processes for clients across industries • Responsible for understanding business flow and planning, designing dashboards for all stakeholders • Manage task delivery through a defined communication rhythm • Create SOPs and ensure adherence to them, follow data processing timelines, and make sure that the deliverables are error-free • Adhere to best Manage Practices standards ensuring Client engagement and effective effectively managing Change Management across multiple projects • Working with the Project leads to deriving task estimates for the client • Team Management - Prioritize tasks for your team members • Client Management - Anticipate client needs and offer them an appropriate solution from time to time • Attention to detail and capability to negotiate win-win for team and client. • Product Knowledge: • Collaborate with the clients to implement, configure, and support their global incentive compensation program and processes • Identify features/functionalities as a part of client interaction and provide suggestions for improvements in the product • Data Management: • Working with the team to identify and resolve various data-related issues/questions • Interpret client requirements and convert those to system design • Interpret large sets of data for analysis, extract and represent data in Excel for effective communication • Analytical: • Troubleshoot and solve complex problems • Comprehend, analyze, and present data with insights • Client Engagement: • Engage with clients under guidance while taking full accountability for the ongoing relationship • Understand client’s requirements and discuss them with project managers • Research and understand the client’s business • Manage projects on a day-to-day basis for quality, delivery, and process-based followups • Communication: • Effectively communicate project proposal analysis design, outputs, and business insights • Collaborate with project managers and other organizational leadership to discuss solutions, and client needs • Present information in a clear, concise, and logical manner, with a focus on key points Qualification Criteria • Good understanding of the Incentive Compensation and Sales Performance Management space • Minimum of 6 years of work experience in the consulting industry with experience in data management and project delivery • Working knowledge of one or more tools like Advanced Excel, SQL, and Python • BE/ B.Tech / BS (stats) from a Tier-1 institute would be preferred • Proven track record of working with international/global clients and ability to coordinate/work with multiple stakeholders of the project • Agile project planning and project management skills In addition, we seek individuals with the following: • Good analytical and logical thinking skills • Excellent communication skills • A desire to make a business impact on our clients • Personal initiative and strong work ethic • Self-motivation and detail orientation • Should gel with the team members
