Tech Lead(Mern+Gen AI)

As a skilled developer, your primary responsibilities will include: - Developing application modules independently and promptly fixing any bugs. - Performing unit testing for the development work carried out. - Acting as a mentor to junior resources and providing technical guidance. - Building scalable and secure video conferencing platforms using WebRTC. - Integrating AI-based chatbots, real-time messaging, and WebSocket channels. - Troubleshooting problems and providing effective solutions. - Conducting and participating in project planning & scheduling, design discussions, and offering assistance during testing. - Keeping up to date with modern industry practices involved in designing and developing high-quality software. - Demonstrating the ability to perform engineering tasks and identifying and resolving bottlenecks. Qualifications required for this role: - Minimum 5+ years of experience in MERN Stack development. - Strong expertise in Node.js, React.js, and MongoDB. - Strong analytical skills to break down complex problems into smaller units of work. - Good knowledge of Express.js & JavaScript libraries. - Experience with WebRTC for video conferencing solutions. - Proficiency in real-time communication using Socket.IO/WebSockets. - Hands-on experience with AI chatbot integration or NLP-powered UI interactions. - Solid understanding of microservices architecture. - Minimum 2 years of team handling experience. - Excellent understanding of data structures and designing and developing Rest APIs. - Proficiency in NoSQL databases like MongoDB or equivalent. - Experience in developing responsive web applications. - Willingness to learn and adopt new technologies quickly as required by projects. - Sound understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies, with the ability to participate effectively in Sprint ceremonies.
