You will be responsible for performing inbound calling with the best customer service experience to new and existing wireline residential customers offering telecommunications products and services. Your role will involve building customer relationships by uncovering their stories, getting to know their needs, and recommending product selections they feel good about. You will follow a solution-based selling approach by overcoming customer objections through active listening, understanding, probing, and recommending. Additionally, you will be expected to navigate through multiple systems and tools while interacting with customers, process customer orders with accuracy and completeness, and participate in continuous training sessions to share best practices. Qualifications Required: - Educational Qualification: 10 + 2, Any Graduate, Post Graduate - International BPO Experience required in customer service + upselling domain - Work Experience: Minimum 1 Year experience in Inbound sales/Cross Sales (International BPO Only) - Excellent communication skills in English - Comfortable with graveyard shifts In this role, you will be offered a competitive salary of up to 4.75 LPA along with Medicare benefits and both side cab facilities.
