Senior Legal Associate - IBC & Banking Litigation - LLB/LLM

Associate / Senior Associate IBC & Banking Litigation Location: LLP is a full-service law firm advising domestic and international clients across corporate, dispute resolution, insolvency, banking, and regulatory matters. The firm regularly represents banks, financial institutions, insolvency professionals, and corporate debtors in proceedings under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 and other financial recovery laws. Key Responsibilities • Handle litigation and advisory matters relating to insolvency, banking, and debt recovery. • Draft and review petitions, replies, applications, written submissions, and legal notices under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. • Represent and assist in matters before the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT), and High Courts. • Advise banks, financial institutions, asset reconstruction companies, and insolvency professionals on insolvency and recovery strategies. • Conduct legal research and prepare case strategy notes. • Manage client communication and ensure timely updates on ongoing matters. • Supervise junior associates and interns (for Principal Associate level). • Coordinate with senior partners and external counsel on complex litigation. Eligibility Criteria • LL.B. / LL.M. from a recognized university. • Enrolled with the Bar Council of India. • Senior Associate: 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in insolvency and banking litigation.
