Position Title: Manager – Client Acquisition Location: PAN India Department: Sales & Business Development Reports To: Branch Manager About the Role As a Manager – Client Acquisition at IndiaMART, you will lead a team of high-performing sales professionals dedicated to direct B2B client acquisition. This role is ideal for someone passionate about consultative selling and skilled at building long-term client relationships. You will play a crucial role in expanding IndiaMART’s market presence by acquiring new clients, enhancing team performance, and driving sustained business growth. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of 5–6 sales executives, ensuring high productivity and efficiency Plan and execute strategies for new client acquisition aligned with company goals Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions to support team development Drive achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective team motivation and field planning Oversee sales support functions to ensure timely and high-quality fulfillment of client requirements Implement sales promotion schemes and monitor their effectiveness Identify challenges and opportunities, take corrective actions, and drive revenue growth Ensure 100% compliance with sales processes, documentation standards, and CRM usage Education MBA (Marketing/Sales preferred) Minimum 50% in Graduation and MBA Minimum 70% in both 10th and 12th Experience 2 to 6 years of experience in B2B sales and team management Prior experience in managing direct sales teams is mandatory Age: Up to 32 years Skills & Competencies Strong experience in client acquisition, direct sales, and B2B sales Excellent team leadership and people management skills Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities Result-oriented approach with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to drive high-performance teams in a fast-paced environment Salary Range ₹5 LPA – ₹7.2 LPA + Incentives Role & Employment Details Role: Area Sales Manager (B2B) Industry Type: Internet / E-Commerce Department: Sales & Business Development Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Role Category: Enterprise & B2B Sales Interested?
