As Associate Director - Brand and Content at The Indian School of Business (ISB), you will play a crucial role in shaping and amplifying the school's brand and reputation across all owned, earned, and shared channels. Your responsibilities will include providing strategic leadership to the Brand and Social Media teams, ensuring consistency, quality, and impact in all external and internal communications. • *Key Responsibilities** - **Brand Strategy & Stewardship** - Serve as the brand custodian for the ISB brand, including its architecture, tone of voice, and visual identity. - Utilize brand and audience insights to assess brand health and effectiveness. - Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy for the Schools master brand. - Create brand narratives aligned with institutional priorities and long-term strategy. - Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality in all brand communications. - Develop brand guidelines, toolkits, and quality-control frameworks. - **Social Media & Digital Presence** - Provide strategic direction for the Schools social media presence. - Guide content strategy to align with institutional goals and brand standards. - Use analytics and performance insights to optimize content and campaigns. - **People Leadership & Team Development** - Lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams across brand and social media. - Set clear strategic priorities and performance standards. - Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. - Identify skill gaps and drive training and process improvements. - **Execution Excellence & Governance** - Shape brand-aligned communication approaches for key institutional initiatives. - Establish workflows, approval structures, and quality controls. - Manage agency and vendor relationships effectively. • *Candidate Profile** - Postgraduate degree in Management, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred. - 1012 years of progressive experience in brand or integrated communications roles. - Experience in higher education, consumer goods, or large organizations. - Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. • *Desired Attributes** • *Technical & Functional Skills** - Deep understanding of brand management, digital communications, and content strategy. - Proficiency in data analytics and performance measurement. - Experience managing agencies and external partners. • *Leadership & Behavioural Skills** - Strong people management and coaching capabilities. - Attention to detail and commitment to quality. - Strategic thinking and excellent stakeholder management skills. - Sound judgement and calm decision-making abilities.
