Manager As a key member of the Indigrid team, this role oversees end-to-end BESS plant maintenance and coordinates with CCR for plant operation. Key responsibilities include ensuring safe operation, regulatory compliance, equipment availability, and effective execution of maintenance activities. Key Responsibilities: • Maintain BESS plant equipment including battery containers/racks, PCS, inverters, transformers switchgear EMS/SCADA interfaces fire protection systems HVAC balance-of-plant systems in accordance with OEM recommendations statutory requirements and safety procedures. • SUPERVISE AND DEPLOY MAINTENANCE ENGINEERS AND TECHNICIANS MANAGING CRITICAL SPARES AMCS COORDINATE WITH OEMs VENDORS FOR TROUBLESHOOTING WARRANTY CLAIMS DEFECT RECTIFICATION CONDUCT ROOT CAUSE ANALYSIS FOR FAILURES MAINTAIN RECORDS LOGS COMPLIANCE DOCUMENTATION SUPPORT AUDITS INSPECTIONS DRIVE CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT INITIATIVES ENHANCE EQUIPMENT RELIABILITY SAFETY AVAILABILITY BATTERY LIFE.
