Business Information & Insights Analyst

You are applying for the position of Operations & Insights Analyst at Indium. As an Operations & Insights Analyst, your role will involve bridging data and business operations to drive efficiency and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. You will be responsible for analyzing data, supporting operational reporting, utilizing SQL for data extraction, translating insights into presentations, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and recommending process improvements based on data-backed insights. Key Responsibilities: - Analyzing data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities. - Supporting day-to-day operational reporting, tracking key metrics, SLAs, and performance indicators. - Using SQL (basic to intermediate) to extract data for reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analysis. - Translating data insights into clear, structured presentations for leadership and business teams. - Working closely with operations, program, and business teams to understand processes and pain points. - Recommending and supporting process improvements based on data-backed insights. - Ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of operational reports. - Assisting in documentation of processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Qualifications Required: - 0.7 - 3 years of experience in operations, process analytics, business analysis, or a similar role. - Strong presentation and storytelling skills using PowerPoint or Google Slides. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Basic to intermediate SQL skills for data extraction and analysis. - Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities. - Experience in handling operational work, tracking metrics, and managing recurring deliverables. - Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and manage priorities. - Exposure to process frameworks.
