Senior Software Engineer-Golang

We’re looking for a Senior Golang Developer to help us build and scale high-performance backend systems in a fast-paced startup environment. You’ll work end-to-end on product features, architecture, and scalable services. What You’ll Do • Design and build scalable backend services & APIs using Golang • Own features across the full development lifecycle (design → deploy) • Build and maintain microservices and event-driven systems • Optimize, debug, and improve performance of existing systems • Collaborate closely with frontend, product, and DevOps teams • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical decisions What We’re Looking For • 3+ years of software development experience • Strong hands-on experience with Golang (Go) • Experience with message queues (Kafka / RabbitMQ / ActiveMQ) • Solid database knowledge: Postgres / MySQL / MongoDB • Experience with REST APIs and distributed systems • Startup mindset: ownership, speed, and problem-solving attitude Tech Stack • Golang • Kafka / RabbitMQ • PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB • Docker, Kubernetes • AWS / GCP • Git, CI/CD Nice to Have • Experience scaling systems from early-stage to growth • Cloud-native & microservices experience 💡 Why Join Us? • High ownership & real product impact • Fast growth • Work with modern tech and strong engineers
