Role Description:
We are looking for a full-time Primary and Pre-Primary Curriculum Developer to design, structure, and enhance our early years and primary academic framework. The Curriculum Developer will be responsible for creating age-appropriate lesson plans, activity-based learning modules, assessment frameworks, and teacher resources aligned with educational standards and the school’s pedagogical vision. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in curriculum design, early childhood education, and modern teaching methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop comprehensive curriculum frameworks for Pre-Primary and Primary grades.
• Create detailed lesson plans, worksheets, activity modules, and teaching resources.
• Align curriculum with NEP 2020, foundational literacy and numeracy (FLN), and modern pedagogical practices.
• Develop assessment tools, evaluation rubrics, and student progress tracking systems.
• Collaborate with teachers to implement and improve curriculum effectiveness.
• Integrate experiential, play-based, and activity-based learning approaches.
• Review and update curriculum periodically based on feedback and academic outcomes.
• Ensure curriculum supports holistic development including cognitive, social, emotional, and creative growth.
• Provide training and guidance to teachers on curriculum implementation.
• Research and incorporate global best practices in early childhood and primary education.
Qualifications:
• 2–5 years of experience in curriculum development or early childhood / primary education.
• Strong understanding of child development and early learning methodologies.
• Experience with NEP 2020, CBSE, ICSE, or international curriculum frameworks is preferred.
• Excellent academic planning, content creation, and documentation skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Creative mindset with focus on experiential and activity-based learning.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education (B.Ed., M.Ed., ECCEd or relevant field preferred).
