Hiring – UX/UI Designer (Expert) | US Personalization Experience: 7–10 Years Job Type: Contractual Type: Consultant / Contract Location: Remote (US-facing role, global collaboration) Role Overview We are looking for an expert UX/UI Designer with strong UX research expertise to support US-focused personalization initiatives. This role is centered on rapid experimentation, user validation, and insight-driven decision-making for discovery teams. Key Responsibilities • Conduct user research with US customers (interviews, usability & concept testing) • Run rapid validation cycles for ideas, prototypes, and user flows • Guide teams on what to test vs explore based on problem stage • Recruit and manage US-based research participants • Synthesize findings into clear, actionable insights • Communicate insights to cross-functional stakeholders • Enable weekly/bi-weekly testing cadence • Collaborate with distributed global teams across time zones Mandatory Skills • Strong experience in UX Research (US market – e-commerce / omnichannel retail) • Expertise in qualitative research methods (interviews, usability testing, validation) • Proven ability to select the right research approach • Experience working with US-based users • Strong insight synthesis & storytelling ability • Excellent communication & stakeholder management • Experience in Agile / Discovery environments Top 3 Critical Skills • Choosing the right research approach (explore vs validate) • Executing fast, lightweight research with US users • Translating insights into actionable business decisions Ideal Candidate • Strong independent contributor with high ownership • Experience in fast-paced, experimentation-driven teams • Ability to collaborate across time zones and global teams Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month Work Location: Remote
