PUNJAB REGISTERED PHARMACIST

• Review prescriptions for completeness, legality, dose, interactions, and allergies. • Dispense correct medication following the “Five Rights.” • Ensure proper labeling and documentation of all medicines issued. • Maintain medication safety (LASA, high-alert drugs, ADR and medication error reporting). • Manage inventory using FEFO; monitor expiry and stock levels. • Ensure proper storage conditions and maintain temperature logs. • Maintain narcotic/psychotropic drug records as per statutory requirements. • Procure medicines from licensed vendors only. • Provide patient counseling on dosage, duration, side effects, and storage. • Participate in audits, quality indicators, and NABH MMU compliance. Qualification & Eligibility • D.Pharm / B.Pharm / M.Pharm from recognized institution • Registered with Punjab State Pharmacy Council Only • Valid pharmacy registration certificate • Knowledge of NABH standards • Required experience 3-4 years Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: • Health insurance • Provident Fund Work Location: In person
