Front-End Developer

General Purpose We are looking for a Front-End Web Developer who is driven to combine the art of design and programming with each other. You will be working with the UI/UX designer and traverse the gap between graphical design and technical enactment, taking an active role on both sides and expounding how the application looks and works. Responsibilities • Designing and updating websites, HTML/CSS, Wordpress. • Planning websites and web applications layouts/ sitemaps/ modules. • Developing new user-facing features. • Building reusable code and libraries for future use. • Ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs. • Optimizing application for maximum speed and scalability. • Assuring that all user input is validated before submitting to back-end. • Collaborating with other team members and stakeholders. Job Skills and Requirements Required: • Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3. • Basic understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS. • Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery. • You might be required to work in shifts supporting US or UK timings. Preferred: • Excellent command over English (Written & Verbal). • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills. • Ability to multitask. • Excellent time management skills. • Ability to work independently as well as in partnership with team.
