Job Description We are looking for an experienced and result-driven US IT Recruiter (Onsite) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end US IT recruitment, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Handle full-cycle US IT recruitment (Sourcing to Placement) • Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements • Source candidates through job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, and other sourcing methods • Screen and evaluate technical candidates • Coordinate interviews with clients and follow up regularly • Negotiate pay rates and ensure offer closure • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and database • Ensure quick turnaround time for submissions • Experience working with Direct Clients & Implementation Partners • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Experience using ATS tools • Ability to work in Night Shift (US Time Zones)
