Java Fullstack Lead

Job Description: Java Full Stack Developer – Lead Experience: 5+ Years Job Overview: We are urgently hiring a Java Full Stack Developer – Lead for a new project thread with one of our top clients. This is a key role involving hands-on development, team leadership, and direct client engagement. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage a team of 8–9 junior Full Stack Developers (2–4 years experience) • Hands-on coding and development using Java and Angular • Technical design, development, and code reviews • Client communication, requirement discussions, and technical alignment • Mentor and guide team members • Ensure delivery timelines and quality standards Mandatory Skills: • Java – Strong proficiency • Spring Boot (Basics to Intermediate) • Angular – Strong proficiency • TypeScript • HTML (Advanced) • SQL (Advanced) Good to Have: • Kubernetes (Basics) • Gradle • Willingness to learn Kotlin Experience Requirements: • 5+ years of experience in Java Full Stack Development • 1.5–2 years of team leading experience • Experience handling junior developers • Strong communication and client-facing skills • Candidate must demonstrate strong hands-on expertise in Java and Angular. • Should be capable of leading a team while actively contributing to development. • Must have prior experience handling client interactions and requirement discussions. • Leadership maturity and ability to mentor junior developers is critical. • Preference will be given to candidates who can join immediately. • Openness to learning Kotlin is mandatory.
