Job Type: Full-Time / Work From Office Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year of Experience in bidding on Upwork and Freelancer.com Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Online Bidder who has hands-on experience in bidding for projects related to WordPress Development, SEO, Backlink Development, and Social Media Post Design. The candidate should be confident in proposal writing, client communication, requirement understanding, and project acquisition. Key Responsibilities: Search and identify relevant projects on Upwork and Freelancer daily Submit high-quality and customized proposals Generate leads for: WordPress Website Development SEO Projects (On-Page & Off-Page) Backlinks Development Social Media Post Design & Digital Marketing Communicate with clients via chat/call Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal team Maintain daily bidding report in Excel/CRM Follow up with prospects regularly Convert leads into confirmed projects Required Skills: Minimum 1 year experience in bidding on Upwork & Freelancer Strong written English communication skills Good understanding of: WordPress SEO Link Building / Backlink strategies Social Media Marketing Knowledge of proposal drafting and cover letter writing Basic knowledge of pricing strategy Ability to achieve monthly revenue targets Preferred Skills: Experience in handling international clients Knowledge of LinkedIn lead generation Understanding of project scope analysis Ability to work independently
