SEO Executive-Fresher

Job Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated SEO Executive (Fresher) with excellent communication skills to join our dynamic digital marketing team. As an SEO Executive, you will be responsible for implementing SEO strategies, conducting keyword research, optimizing website content, and ensuring that our website ranks high on search engines. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, a willingness to learn, and the ability to communicate effectively with the team and clients. Key Responsibilities: • Keyword Research: Perform keyword research using SEO tools to identify relevant keywords and phrases for website optimization. • On-Page SEO: Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, images, and internal linking to improve search engine rankings. • Content Optimization: Work with the content team to create SEO-friendly content that engages users and aligns with keyword strategies. • Off-Page SEO: Assist in building backlinks through various outreach techniques and social media promotion. • Website Audits: Regularly analyze website performance, identify issues, and implement fixes to improve SEO metrics (e.g., page speed, mobile-friendliness). • Monitor SEO Performance: Track the performance of SEO campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools. • Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices. • Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders about SEO progress, reports, and suggestions. Skills & Qualifications: • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Communications, or related field (freshers are encouraged to apply). • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and updates. • Basic Knowledge of SEO: Familiarity with SEO concepts such as keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building (internships or online courses are a plus). • Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze data and make recommendations for improvement. • Attention to Detail: Ability to focus on the finer details while working on SEO tasks. • Eagerness to Learn: A passion for digital marketing and a willingness to adapt to new tools and techniques. • Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO platforms is desirable (but not mandatory). NOTE: Initial 6 month would be the training period and stipend would be 8 to 12k per month.
