Senior Technical Recruiter (Onsite)

Job description Work Timings – 6:30 PM IST – 3:30 AM IST (Work from the office) Working Hours: 40 hours / Week (Mon – Fri) Roles and Responsibilities • Identify candidates with the right skills to match the US clients' requirements • Regularly interacting with the Account Manager in the US to understand the requirements. • Should understand the requirement in depth to ensure quality sourcing and recruiting. • Should ensure to revert/submit profiles with the quick turnaround time for timely submissions to meet sharp deadlines for each requisition. • Make use of effective resourcing strategies, such as headhunting, Internet sourcing, networking, employee referrals. • Must have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries, and responsibilities till joining of candidates). • Ability to work as a good team player, Maintaining & building the candidate database. Desired Candidate Profile • Must be willing to work in night shifts • Must have Sound knowledge of IT and Technical concepts • Qualified candidates should have an understanding of the US staffing hiring process (for Contract & full- time positions). • Must be proficient in recruiting techniques like Head Hunting, Calling, Networking Sites, Referrals, and Internet-Based recruiting Tools. • Must have experience in hiring all levels of technical candidates. • Must have experience working with third-party vendors to ensure sourcing resumes in quick turnaround time. • Must have good rate/ salary negotiation & closing skills.
