Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Specialist

Job Description: We are looking for a senior Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Specialist to manage end-to-end digital marketing, online marketplaces, and brand presence across all our businesses. This is a 1-person optimized role, requiring multi-platform expertise and strong execution skills. Key Responsibilities: Digital Marketing: • Plan and execute brand-specific digital marketing strategies. • Manage social media content creation and posting (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, Facebook Mart). • Run paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) and track ROI. • Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages across all platforms. • Create and update corporate website pages, product catalogues, and distributor/export decks. • Build country-wise landing pages, pricing slabs, packaging variants, and promotional content. • Onboard products on export marketplaces: Alibaba, Global Sources, Tradeling, India Mart, Shopify, eBay, Amazon (International), UAE platforms. • Conduct country-wise demand analysis and digital buyer outreach (email & LinkedIn). • Build digital wholesale pipeline targeting distributors, retail chains, and HoReCa buyers. E-Commerce & Sales Channel Management: • Manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Blinkit, Zepto, and other e-commerce portals. • Upload new products with accurate descriptions, images, pricing, and recipes. • Run promotional campaigns, discounts, and festive offers. • Coordinate with operations team for smooth order processing. Website Management: • Update and maintain websites with products, banners, and categories. • Optimize website for SEO and user experience. • Ensure customer-friendly features like inquiry forms, chat support, and order tracking. Analytics & Reporting: • Provide bi-weekly/monthly reports on campaigns, sales, and website traffic. • Suggest strategies to improve engagement, conversions, and revenue. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or related field. • 6 to 1 years of experience in digital marketing & e-commerce. • Expertise in Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart, Meesho, Blinkit, Zepto, and international marketplaces. • Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, paid campaigns, and social media management. • Copy-writing and brand development skills. • Experience managing multi-brand and multi-platform campaigns. • Ability to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines. • Basic photography and video editing skills are a plus.
