Pharmacovigilance Officer – Fresher

We are looking for a Pharmacovigilance Officer (Fresher) to join our team in Pune. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who want to start their career in the pharmacovigilance and drug safety field. The candidate will be responsible for supporting drug safety operations, case processing, adverse event reporting, and maintaining compliance with pharmacovigilance standards. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of pharmacovigilance concepts, adverse event reporting, medical terminology, and drug safety procedures. Candidates with strong attention to detail, basic computer skills, and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities • Review, process, and document adverse event reports accurately • Perform case data entry and case processing as per SOPs • Identify and assess adverse drug reactions and safety information • Maintain pharmacovigilance records and databases • Ensure timely reporting of safety cases and follow-up information • Support signal detection, literature screening, and safety data review • Coordinate with internal teams for case reconciliation and documentation Eligibility Criteria • B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Pharm.D / Life Sciences / Nursing / Medical background • Freshers can apply Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,569.31 per month Work Location: Hybrid remote in Hinjewadi, Pune, Maharashtra
