As a Talent Acquisition Recruiter, your role will involve identifying and attracting top talent to join the organization. You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for freshers, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and requirements
- Source potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Facilitate the offer process and negotiate salary packages
- Maintain candidate databases and provide regular updates to stakeholders
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with recruitment processes and best practices
