Customer Service Executive (CSE)

Work - 6 days a week Role Overview We are looking for a well-spoken, polished, and customer-focused professional to be the voice of our premium floral atelier. This role requires someone who can patiently listen to client briefs, articulate ideas with clarity, and translate customer needs into thoughtfully curated floral solutions—while upholding the brand’s luxury ethos. Key Responsibilities Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp queries, and client interactions with warmth, professionalism, and confidence Patiently listen to client briefs and ask the right questions to understand preferences, occasions, budgets, and aesthetics Demonstrate strong understanding of colour palettes, floral styles, and design sensibilities Possess thorough knowledge of our products, offerings, and customization possibilities Clearly articulate recommendations and guide clients towards the most suitable floral solutions Accurately note down client details, briefs, and special instructions in an organized manner Coordinate with internal teams to ensure flawless execution of orders Handle complaints, concerns, and tough customers calmly and empathetically Maintain high service standards consistent with a luxury brand experience Key Skills & Attributes Excellent verbal communication and articulation skills Strong listening skills with patience and attention to detail A refined aesthetic sense and basic understanding of colour and design Highly organized with the ability to multitask Calm, composed, and solution-oriented under pressure Confident in handling demanding or high-expectation clients Preferred Background Experience in customer-facing roles dealing with high-end clientele What We Offer A creative, design-driven work environment Exposure to luxury clients and bespoke floral projects Competitive salary aligned with experience and skill set Opportunity to grow with a premium, fast-evolving brand Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
