Job Summary:
We are looking for aggressive and target-driven Field Sales Executives to expand Instabites’ B2B presence across:
Travel companies and tour operators
Hospitals and healthcare institutions
Cafes and quick service outlets
Corporate cafeterias
Educational institutions
Airline catering and institutional buyers
This is a pure field role with strict monthly targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new B2B leads through field visits and cold approaches
Close institutional orders and long-term supply contracts
Pitch product USPs including freeze-dried technology, long shelf life, and easy preparation
Conduct product sampling and demonstrations
Meet and exceed monthly revenue and order targets
Maintain daily visit reports and pipeline tracking
Coordinate with operations and dispatch for order fulfilment
Build long-term relationships with procurement managers and decision-makers
Requirements:
1 to 4 years of field sales experience (FMCG, food distribution, HoReCa preferred)
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Experience in handling institutional or corporate accounts is a plus
Comfortable with aggressive targets
Own two-wheeler preferred
Excellent communication skills
