E- Commerce Executive

Location: Rohini, Delhi (On-site) Experience Required: 2+ Years Employment Type: Full-time Job summary: We are urgently looking for an experienced E-Commerce Executive to manage and scale our Shopify store operations. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Shopify management, order processing, promotions, and customer retention strategies. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and optimize Shopify product listings • Plan and execute promotions, discount coupons, and deals • Handle customer queries and ensure effective customer retention • Manage order fulfillment through Shiprocket • Implement upselling strategies to increase AOV (Average Order Value) • Oversee inventory management and stock updates • Maintain reports and performance tracking using Excel • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth execution Required Skills: • 2+ years of experience in E-commerce (Shopify preferred) • Strong understanding of Shopify backend • Experience with Shiprocket or similar fulfillment platforms • Knowledge of promotions, coupons, and campaign execution • Strong Excel skills for reporting and inventory tracking • Good communication and problem-solving skills Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹10,290.80 - ₹25,000.23 per month Benefits: • Leave encashment Work Location: In person
