Key Responsibilities: A. Hardware Deployment: 1. Travel to assigned cities on the company budget 2. Deliver new storage hardware to city hubs/storage locations 3. Obtain proper handover acknowledgment 4. Verify hardware functionality before deployment B. Data Retrieval (Core Responsibility): 1. Collect filled storage devices daily or twice daily 2. Follow strict retrieval schedules 3. Ensure safe handling and transportation 4. Prevent data loss, damage, or delays C. City Responsibility Alignment: 1. Own end-to-end hardware movement for assigned cities 2. Track hardware issued, collected, and pending 3. Ensure continuous rotation of storage devices D. Travel Planning & Calendar Discipline: 1. Maintain a structured travel planner/calendar 2. Share daily travel plans with the reporting manager 3. Escalate delays in advance E. Documentation & Tracking: 1. Maintain hardware logs and travel logs 2. Share end-of-day (EOD) status reports F. Coordination: 1. Coordinate with City ICs, Ops Leads, Central Data Team, and Inventory Manager 2. Escalate any risks related to hardware or data promptly
