Role Overview We are looking for a Content Researcher & Video Storytelling Specialist who has a strong eye for storytelling, understands the psychology of attention, and can identify high-impact moments from long-form coaching sessions and turn them into compelling short-form content for social media. This is a learning-intensive role with real-world responsibility and creative freedom. Key Responsibilities A. Content Selection & Storytelling • Watch full-length coaching, parent training, and session videos • Identify powerful, emotional, insightful, or actionable segments • Select content with strong marketing and engagement potential B. Video Editing & Production • Cut, refine, and format videos for social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Shorts, Reels) • Add basic captions, transitions, highlights, and music where appropriate • Ensure brand consistency and visual quality C. Creative Support • Work with the Media & Marketing team to align edits with campaign goals • Propose creative ideas for improving engagement and reach • Support thumbnail creation and basic graphic needs D.
