Job Description
We’re Hiring – IT Desktop Support Engineer
Experience: 2–4 Years
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide on-site IT support at manufacturing plant
• Manage user accounts, access rights & system permissions
• Perform regular data backups & restoration testing
• Maintain active user lists and audit readiness documentation
• Support manufacturing, QC & QA systems
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and data integrity requirements
• Coordinate with central IT team for escalations
