Insurity’s Next Product Communication Specialist
In this role, the Product Communication Specialist will own the organization and upkeep of product communication assets, maintaining approved narratives, FAQs, and sales readiness materials while ensuring content is accurate, consistent, and easy to find. This role will execute clearly scoped update requests, manage version control and archival, and serve as the primary steward of content repositories. The Product Communication Specialist will also support insight generation by collecting and structuring market, account, and customer research, logging field feedback, and helping to distribute approved materials across internal teams.
What Our Product Communication Specialist Will Do
• Maintain and update approved product narratives, FAQs, and sales readiness materials
• Apply defined templates and content standards consistently across all product communication assets
• Manage version control, naming conventions, and archival of outdated materials
• Keep content repositories accurate and organized as the primary source of product information
• Execute update requests that are clearly scoped from Product Commercialization
• Collect and organize market, account, and customer research data
• Perform structured desk research on industries, competitors, and customer segments
• Identify and compile account-level insights (company profiles, buying centers, and key stakeholders)
• Accurately log field feedback, customer questions, and recurring themes for team review
• Support internal communications and distribution of approved materials
• Stay up to date on industry and job-related trends and best practices, including reading relevant publications, articles, blogs, etc.
• Other duties as assigned
Who We’re Looking For
• Recommended 1-3 of years of experience or Bachelor's degree in related field (equivalent work experience may be considered)
• Perform the following skills at a highly proficient level:
• Document repositories like: SharePoint, Confluence, and Google Drive
• Presentation & document tools: PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Word/DocsResearch tools: LinkedIn, Crunchbase, ZoomInfo, and industry databases
• Collaboration: Email, Teams
• Basic spreadsheets: Excel or Google Sheets for tracking data
• Analytical and critical thinking
• Written and oral English communication
• Time management with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Self-starter and quick learner
• Detail-oriented
• Active listener
• Ability to collaborate and work autonomously
