Intellismith values fresh ideas and entrepreneurial thinking, ensuring that your voice matters here. • *Job Details:** - **Experience:** 3-4 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment (BFSI & NBFC Sector). - **Location:** Remote (5 days working). - **CTC:** As per the market standard. - **Qualification:** Must be a graduate. - **Notice Period:** Immediate - 15 days. • *Mandatory Requirements:** - Candidate must have their own laptop with a reliable internet connection. - Candidate must have experience in recruitment within the BFSI & NBFC sector. • *Responsibilities:** - End-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles in the BFSI/NBFC sector. - Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and expectations. - Source and screen candidates for roles such as Branch Manager, Credit Manager, Collection Manager, Regional Sales Manager, etc. - Conduct initial HR screening to assess candidate fitment in terms of experience, skills, salary expectations, and notice period. - Manage interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer negotiation processes. - Maintain candidate database and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders. - Ensure timely closures and meet recruitment targets as per business needs.
