Associate Business Analyst

• Requirements Gathering & Documentation: Collect, analyze, and document business needs and functional specifications to create Business Requirement Documents (BRD). • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze business data to identify trends, create reports, and develop dashboards to support decision-making. • Process Improvement: Evaluate existing business processes, workflows, and procedures to enhance efficiency. • System Testing & Support: Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validate system changes, and provide post-launch support. • Stakeholder Collaboration: Communicate with business stakeholders to understand goals and assist in presenting solutions to management. • Key Skills & Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or related field.
