The residence is fully staffed, creating an environment of calm organisation and cultural richness. The family greatly values discretion, emotional intelligence, and respectful integration into a refined home setting. Frequent international travel is part of this role, and the nanny will be responsible for maintaining structure and the child's well-being across different destinations. THE ROLE The role focuses on the comprehensive care and development of a lively, inquisitive toddler. Working closely with mum, the nanny will provide insight, warmth, and structure to the child’s daily routine, encouraging independence, language skills, and appropriate learning. RESPONSIBILITIES • Provide warm, attentive care in a shared-care environment. • Establish and uphold a well-organised, dependable daily routine • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation in the child’s environment. • Support early development with reading, flashcards, and guided play. • Assist the child in attending scheduled activities and social engagements. • Foster early manners, organisational habits, and age-appropriate independence. • Prepare nutritious meals for the child and supervise laundry and packing, especially during travel. • Confidently manage logistics and adapt during international trips. CANDIDATE PROFILE Essential • At least five years of full-time experience in private, fully staffed homes. • Formal childcare training or an early years qualification • Proficient in spoken English and polished personal presentation • Demonstrated capacity to assimilate into refined households • Calm, discreet, and emotionally resilient. • Completely prepared for travel • Seeking a long-term placement of at least two years Preferred • Proficiency in an additional language (e.g., French, German) • Experience or skills in music and early years enrichment programmes • Proven ability to foster independence and confidence in toddlers.
