We are hiring dynamic and customer focused individuals for our International Voice & Chat Process. The role involves handling inbound/outbound customer interactions and resolving queries in a professional and timely manner while ensuring high customer satisfaction Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Graduate / Undergraduate (Freshers & Experienced both can apply). Minimum 6 months of experience in International BPO preferred (for experienced role). Comfortable working in night/rotational shifts. Basic computer knowledge and typing skills (minimum 25 WPM for chat process). Immediate joiners preferred.
