We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Management Intern to join our team. Responsibilities As a Social Media Management Intern, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing our social media presence. Your key tasks will include: • Content Management: • Sort and organize content for social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter). • Schedule and post content after receiving necessary approvals from the leadership team. • Social Media Analytics: • Track and analyze social media metrics such as growth, impressions, reach, engagement, and follower demographics. • Prepare timely and detailed reports for the leadership team to evaluate performance. • Content Ideation: • Collaborate with the team to brainstorm creative ideas for social media campaigns and posts. • Stay updated on social media trends and suggest innovative ways to engage our audience. • Community Engagement: • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media platforms. • Foster positive interactions with our audience to build brand loyalty. • Support Marketing Efforts: • Assist in the execution of social media campaigns and promotions. • Work closely with the marketing team to align social media strategies with overall business goals. Requirements • Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. • Skills: • Basic understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.). • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Creative mindset with an eye for detail. • Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Google Analytics) is a plus. • Attributes: • Self-motivated and eager to learn. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Availability: Minimum commitment of 3-6 months, with the potential for a permanent role based on performance.
