We work at the intersection of modern software engineering and artificial intelligence to deliver high-performance digital products. We are expanding our core tech team and looking for 2 highly motivated developers who are passionate about AI-driven development and automation. Role Overview We are seeking developers with strong expertise in: • Python Development (Backend systems, APIs, AI integrations) • React Native (Cross-platform mobile app development) • Web system development and AI-based automation You will be directly involved in building: • Mobile applications • Web platforms • AI-integrated automation systems • Intelligent backend architectures Required Skills & ExpertiseTechnical Requirements: • Strong hands-on experience in Python • Proven project experience in React Native • Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and AI system integration • Experience in automation workflows • Ability to leverage AI-powered coding tools (e.g., Antigravity and similar AI development platforms) • REST API development & integration • Database handling (MongoDB / PostgreSQL preferred) Tools & Workflow: • Proficiency with modern IDEs (VS Code, PyCharm, etc.) • Git & GitHub version control workflow • Project management tools (Basecamp or similar) • Ability to maintain proper documentation & email communication trails • Understanding of structured development lifecycle 🎯 Mandatory Requirements • Must have previous live projects in Python and React Native • Ability to independently handle assigned modules • Strong problem-solving mindset • Willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment • Commitment for a minimum of 6 month 🔥 What We’re Looking For • Developers who can think beyond code • Individuals who actively use AI tools to accelerate development • Builders who want to work on real-world AI-powered systems • Team players with strong communication skills
