This individual will be responsible for generating product labels that meet the requirements of our online store. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate and consistent product information is displayed on the website, contributing to the customer experience and the overall success of our digital product catalog. Key Responsibilities: • Generate Product Labels: Accurately create and format product labels for a wide range of products in the eCommerce catalog, including but not limited to product descriptions, price tags, sizes, colors, and other key product attributes. • Data Accuracy: Ensure that product labels are correctly aligned with product details, including inventory numbers, specifications, and images, to ensure a consistent shopping experience across the website. • Quality Assurance: Perform thorough checks and updates to product labels, ensuring all labeling complies with relevant industry standards, brand guidelines, and legal requirements. • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product managers, content teams and supply chain staff to gather the correct product data, images and descriptions. • Labeling Systems Management: Maintain and update labeling systems and tools used for product data entry, ensuring smooth and timely generation of product labels for website updates. • Manage Timelines: Ensure timely creation and approval of product labels, especially during product launches or updates, working in sync with promotional and marketing campaigns. • Reporting: Maintain records of label generation processes and ensure consistent feedback to improve processes and streamline workflows. • Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree. • Previous Experience working in a fast-paced eCommerce environment.
