ROLE 1: PROJECT SALES – AHMEDABAD (Deputy to Shalin | Groomed for Load Transfer) Role Purpose To progressively take over project sales execution, coordination, and follow-ups from Shalin, while Shalin retains key relationships, pricing authority, and final commitments. This role is not junior sales. It is a future sales anchor. Key Responsibilities - Handle project inquiries end-to-end (post initial relationship intro by Shalin) - Coordinate with: - Production (capacity, feasibility, delivery dates) - Accounts (credit terms, collections follow-up) - Prepare and follow up on project quotations - Track project-wise: - SQM commitments - Delivery schedules - Payment milestones - Attend site / architect / contractor meetings as required - Maintain project pipeline & forecast (monthly) - Escalate risks early (delivery, pricing, feasibility) Explicit Non-Authority - Final pricing approval - Final delivery commitment - Final dispute resolution - (These remain with Shalin initially) Preferred Background - 6–10 years experience in project-based B2B sales - Exposure to: - Glass / façade / aluminium / building materials / interiors - Strong Ahmedabad Contractor & Builder ecosystem familiarity - Has worked in capacity-constrained manufacturing setups (key) Required Personality Traits - High ownership mindset (not order-taker) - Structured thinking under pressure - Comfortable saying “I need to check feasibility” - Calm, mature communicator (deals with senior contractors) - Learner mindset (coachability is critical) - Low ego, high accountability
