Role Overview:
You will be responsible for supporting the HR Head in driving HR digitization, enhancing operational efficiency, enabling data-driven decision-making through MIS and dashboards, and assisting in various Organisation Development (OD) initiatives. Additionally, you will serve as a strategic HR assistant to the HR Head for communication, coordination, and project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving implementation challenges during HRMS rollout
- Design and implement automation initiatives across the employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, performance management, exit, etc.)
- Develop strategies for automation such as resume screening, employee query bots, and data analytics
HR MIS & Dashboarding:
- Manage all HR reporting and analytics, ensuring timely and accurate HR MIS generation
- Create and maintain dashboards for various HR metrics including manpower, attrition, hiring, training, performance, etc.
- Present actionable insights derived from HR data for leadership reviews
- Utilize tools like Excel, Power BI, or similar for visual data presentation
Organisation Development (OD) Support:
- Assist in salary benchmarking and compensation structuring initiatives
- Contribute to strategic HR projects aimed at enhancing organizational effectiveness and design
Qualification Required:
- MBA/PGDM in HR or a related field
Additional Company Details:
You will be expected to draft internal communications such as organizational announcements, policy rollouts, and leadership messages. Furthermore, you will act as a project coordinator for cross-functional HR projects and follow-ups.
Experience:
- 810 years of relevant experience in HR digitization, MIS, and OD-related projects
- Hands-on experience in at least one full-cycle HRMS implementation (e.g., Darwinbox, SAP, Keka)
- Proficiency in HR analytics, dashboard creation, and data visualization
- Strong analytical skills and a tech-savvy mindset focused on improving efficiencies through digital tools
