Business Analyst III

As a member of the iQor CXBPO team, you will be responsible for leading customer requirements analysis and developing functional specifications for internal/external customers. Your role will involve conducting in-depth data analyses using Python or R, translating findings into actionable insights, and collaborating with Operations to identify challenges and effectively communicate results. Additionally, you will develop compelling data storytelling through visualizations and presentations to non-technical stakeholders, analyze and improve existing systems, and implement AI-driven models to boost operational efficiency and drive business strategies. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve critical data issues will be crucial to the success of our projects.
